When you choose to buy something from the Lava Glass website you not only make us very happy but you are also subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully prior to purchasing, as once your order has been processed the terms are binding. We appreciate this can be tedious, but unfortunately it is a necessity of doing business.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of shipping and international transfer costs.
We accept debit and credit card payments from both VISA and Mastercard though the secure Payment Express gateway Paystation.
Paystation is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment and a Paymark Partner. They meet the ongoing requirements for participation in the program and meet the high standards required by New Zealand banks.
Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation, a fully PCI DSS compliant certified Solutions Provider.
We have flat shipping costs based on where the item/s are being sent and the dollar amount of the order. Please note we have minimum order amounts for orders being shipped outside New Zealand, and some products you cannot add via the online shopping cart. Please email us to find out the shipping costs for items under $150.
Our freight costs are:
$10 North Island, New Zealand
$15 South Island, New Zealand
$0 Australia (orders over $150)
$50 Rest of world (order value $150 – $899)
$0 Rest of world (orders over $900)
We can offer $0 shipping for the Australia and Rest of World orders over $900 as we can claim the New Zealand Goods and Services tax on items shipped overseas. This goes towards your shipping costs.
Please be aware you may need to to pay import duties and taxes once the order is processed by the customs department in the delivery location.
We will make sure your privacy is protected. We will not retain your payment details or pass your information on to any other company or third party. If you have received an email from us and you do not wish to receive any more, please click “unsubscribe” at the very bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our database. Faulty or damaged goods
Lava Glass ensures the glass art is dispatched in perfect order. Returns and/or faulty products will be replaced. This is on a case by case basis. We guarantee delivery of our glass to the customer without breakages. If the piece/s are damaged or lost in transit we will send a replacement. If you happen to receive a damaged item please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Lava Glass Mailing List
When you purchase from Lava Glass you agree to automatically be added to our mailing list. We promise not to spam you with updates but will keep you in the loop of any new products and exhibitions. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in our mailing list email or you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be removed.
We take every care to ensure that the product information and detail provided on our website is as accurate as possible. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on site are current at time of display, in New Zealand dollars and subject to variation without notice.
We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.
